Developments of science and technology have changed the lives of people all around the world. Whenever it comes to the filed of science and technology it has always shown that it has no ends. The concept of 3D movies and 3D glasses has been around us since 1950. But people have not been very much aware of this concept even few years back. With the release of blockbuster movies Avatar AND Up; people became crazy about the concept of 3D entertainment. As television manufacturing companies saw this trend of people they started working on their business strategies and decided to make 3D television sets. Building 3D sets for homes was a totally new concept a couple of years back. Its purpose was to facilitate people in enjoying the 3D entertainment in their homely environment.
Now if you are thinking that how these televisions works then it is not a difficult thing to be answered. These sets present image that seems to be blurred to eyes. But when appropriate 3D glasses are worn then the lenses used in these glasses will help in presenting a better image. These lenses work on the same principle our eye works. Filter in the lenses produce images together. It simulates stereoscopic vision.
Moreover there are televisions that are equipped with technology where no 3d glasses are required to simulate the 3D images. This technology is known as lenticular technology. But at the same time these 3D television sets will be expensive as compared to the other television sets. So there can be people who will not be able to afford these sets.
These 3D television sets are very much beneficial as these allow the person to enjoy the feeling of cinema and 3D movie at homes. You can enjoy a latest DVD with your family and friends at home. You will not have to wait for the ticket and to stand in queue to but ticket. All you have to do is to buy a DVD, call all your friends and arrange snacks for them. Enjoy a late night DVD movie with all your loved ones at weekends.
