@pandasharks I would certainly be shocked if anyone took to this box with a pair of scissors – sharp things and screens are not a good mix, people!. It certainly is quite effortless to unbox the television if done correctly (if you are overly exerting yourself you are doing something wrong!).

Finally someone on youtube knows how to unbox this correctly. I still see so many people cutting from the top despite the obvious white clips on the bottom.

@AWarlordsView Just getting back to you. After watching Avatar 3D and playing a lot of Gran Turismo 5 on PS3 in 3D the glasses are okay so long as you choose the right nose pad. You get two in the box (one with separate pads for each nostril and the other more moulded to fit the contour of the nose). I use the latter of the two which is the most comfortable for me.

The other thing to remember is you need to blink to keep your eyes lubricated otherwise they will get dry and sore.

@AWarlordsView They aren’t too bad although I have yet to go for more than an hour at a time wearing them but will watch Avatar 3D tomorrow and get back to you. However, even after an hour you end up with imprints on your nose from the nose pads.

What is more annoying is that the glasses included with the television have these annoying gaps between the lenses and the arms which allow stuff to dance around in your peripheral vision or reflect onto the lenses which can be distracting.

I heard the glasses are really uncomfortable how are they for you?
