gee, you don;t paint 3D with a very positive slant.
I completely agree with the opinions given on the video. But really, it shows that 3D is likely not going to be worth all the extra effort and costs. 3D is a HUGE compromise, and in a larger group setting. it fails over the convenience of 2D. It brings very little to “Watching the game”.
This video is a real indication that 3D is a fad. It is not likely to go away, but it is not the revolution the kit and content makers make it out to be.
@Arbarday Good point. It is a point we make in our reviews on which.co.uk. In fact we have found that the TVs that offer the best 3D service are not necesarrily the best 2D TVs but some of the worst 3D TVs are excelent 2D TVs
